Kocomo Services Limited is a wholly owned Nigerian company incorporated on the 4th June, 2023 by the CAC. Kocomo is a successful Oil & Gas trading company which has corporate head omce at 11 Wonodi Street, GRA, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, currently operating four outlets in Rivers State. Our company is both retail and bulk seller with over 10 filling stations as counterparts operating in Niger Delta and Eastern Region of Nigeria. Currently our company is recording astronomical growth and helping small filling stations to meet their obligations. The Board of Directors and Management are seasoned Oil & Gas traders that has impacted positively on her counterparts and the community within a short period of time.

KOCOMO CODE OF CONDUCT POLICY
KOCOMO is committed to excellence, integrity, and responsibility in all aspects of its operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and environmentally conscious practices while delivering quality service to customers. This Code of Conduct sets out the guiding principles for all employees, contractors, and partners, and defines the standards expected in carrying out business. Our core values are integrity, innovation, team spirit, customer-centricity, and care for safety, health, and the environment. Integrity means that we act with honesty, transparency, and accountability in all dealings. Innovation reflects our commitment to continuous improvement and openness to new ideas. Team spirit emphasizes collaboration and unity across departments in pursuit of shared goals. Being customer-centric means striving to meet and exceed customer expectations without compromising on quality. Care for safety, health, and the environment underscores our strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards in every aspect of our operations. KOCOMO respects and upholds international human rights conventions. We do not tolerate child labor, forced labor, or human trafficking. Certain practices are strictly prohibited, including the possession or use of drugs, alcohol, and weapons in the workplace. Employees must avoid conflicts of interest and refrain from insider trading or any misuse of confidential company information.
KOCOMO’s policies also cover data protection, security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and relationships with third parties. We are committed to protecting personal data in line with the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and to conducting business in a socially and environmentally responsible manner. Suppliers and contractors are expected to uphold the same ethical standards, while employees are required to protect company assets, use resources responsibly, and maintain confidentiality in communication. The giving or receiving of gifts or entertainment must remain modest, transparent, and not intended to influence business decisions, with a maximum threshold of N50,000. We also commit to fair competition and compliance with all anti-trust laws, avoiding collusion, market division, or unfair practices. Employees are encouraged to report misconduct or suspected violations through designated whistle blowing channels, and such reports will be treated confidentially and without retaliation.
KOCOMO promotes accountability, requiring all employees to adhere to corporate governance principles, provide accurate reporting, and comply with international standards including IFRS and ISO.
